Sean’s Theme
by The Jacksons
(I) never wanted to be sad.
I only wanted to be glad.
To see the things i never have.
I waited and waited for something to catch.
I waited and waited for my eggs to hatch.
Up in the air.
I only wanted to be glad.
To see the things i never have.
I waited and waited for something to catch.
I waited and waited for my eggs to hatch.
Up in the air.
I waited and waited for something to catch.
I waited and waited for my eggs to hatch.
I waited and waited for my eggs to hatch.

A voice on this final track, Sean's Theme, which softly speaks Goodnight, Sean, is sometimes mistakenly attributed to father John Lennon, however it is in fact Walter Sear, owner of Sear Sound. Lennon has said it is in tribute to his father, whose tribute to Sean, Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy) closes with Goodnight, Sean. See you in the morning, bright and early.
