I Don’t Like

I can eat pork 'til the cows come home.
And cheese like it's going out of style
(But it's not)
I like just about every type of vegetable.
I like raisins, and nuts, and seeds, and olives
And pickles, and fruit, and beef, and bread...
But I... don't... like... salmon.

Salmon?
Yep.
Really?
Yeah, I like all kinds of food
But I don't like salmon.
I keep trying it,
I want to like it.

So what is it about salmon you don't like?
It's simply a taste thing.
It looks really appetizing,
And...uh, you know of course I would eat
The wild-caught salmon if I did eat salmon.
Right.
Better for the environment.
Yes.
But... I just don't like the taste.

You know you're doing something
Even better for the environment,
That's not eating at all.
That's right!

I jump from a plane with a parachute.
Scuba to the ocean floor. Wow.
Driven super fast in a racing car.
I've bungee jumped and zip lined too.
I've crossed rope bridges over raging rivers.
But I... don't... like... those... spinny rides.

See, out of that whole list of...
Exciting things you just listed off there?
Guess how many I've done.
Uh... I don't know... you don't scuba dive do you?
No, I'd say basically none.
Except for the spinny rides.
I've done spinny rides,
And I... I don't mind them.
You give me a spinny ride,
And a plate of salmon,
And I'm a happy man.

I can fly my very own aeroplane.
And I've been to the summit of Mountains.
I've been to the G8 summit...
I've been to the top of the CN tower.
I can work on a ladder, I can climb a tree,
I can look out the window of a really tall building,
But If I... stand close to the edge of a railing...
Or up on a roof or something I realize...
I don't like... heights so much.

Everybody's got their own thing.
It's okay to be afraid of heights.
For me, I'm afraid of more... being on the ground.
Really?
Yeah, I'm afraid of low places.
Wow, I haven't heard that fear before.
Yeah, there's a scientific name for it.
